Who May Use tkwin

Access to tkwin is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and during their continued use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing tkwin from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited for personal use.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party.

General Bonus Terms

• Odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds applied to that bet. Subsequent changes to odds do not affect settled bets.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game session, tkwin will use reasonable efforts to restore the session to its last confirmed state. Where this is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.

Dispute Resolution

In all circumstances, the maximum aggregate liability of tkwin to any player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their tkwin account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

tkwin reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, tkwin will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the platform or by other appropriate means. The amended Terms will take effect from the date of publication on the tkwin website.

Your continued access to and use of the tkwin platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact support to arrange closure of your account.
